ABASCO custom manufactures a variety of floating curtains and barriers, including turbidity curtains and debris barriers.  
   

Turbidity Curtains

ABASCO turbidity curtains (silt barriers) control the movement of silt and sediments stirred by in-water or near-water construction activities. Manufactured to your specifications, these turbidity curtains incorporate premium foam flotation, top tension cable, chain ballast, curtain fabric, aluminum end connectors and grommets. Standard fabric is PVC-coated polyester. Optional fabrics include urethane-coated nylon and XR-5-coated polyester. A mesh-screen fabric is also available (see below). CUSTOM-MANUFACTURED DEBRIS BARRIERS

Floating debris barriers utilize nets of various mesh size to protect intakes and other areas from debris and marine animals, including turtles.
